Kash Patel has been in the property and finance industry for the last 22 years in various roles. Kash founded Lime Auction House in 2016 to bring a fresh, new and innovative company to the auction stage. His love and passion for property is contagious and he always sets high standards for customer service and building quality relationships within the industry. In his spare time he enjoys snooker, tennis and spending time with his dogs.
Paul Dixon is a leading property auctioneer, having conducted sales at some of London's most prestigious venues. Formerly President of the Auctioneers & Surveyors Association in Surrey, he has worked in the industry since the 1980's. With a firm and motivational style, he is also in demand from high profile international charity organisations such as the Elton John Aids Foundation (EJAF), most recently appearing at the Roof Top Gardens, Kensington. Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the National Association of Auctioneers & Valuers. Away from auctioneering he enjoys shooting clays and family pursuits. He is involved in the local community and was appointed as a Magistrate in 2007.
Natasha Collins has over 7 years experience in the property industry. Her strengths are in asset management, property investment, project management and lease advisory. Her main priority is making sure that anyone who has a passion for property, succeeds in the industry and customers who meet her, will quickly see her love for property and auctions. Natasha is a chartered surveyor and has a MSc in Surveying from the University of Reading and a BSc in Geography and Computing from the University of Worcester. In her spare time she likes to jet off to new countries whenever she can.
Sunny has been working within the advertising and event industry for the past 13 years. His experience covers brands of all sizes in varied industries within National Press, Outdoor, Business-to-Business and Corporate Events. Sunny was also the previous Head of Advertising for the Architects Journal & Architectural Review. Sunny has extensive experience in property management and building successful buy to let portfolios for clients. In his spare time he enjoys the rush that comes with fast cars and watching his beloved Arsenal FC.
